Price depends on the payment processor, the state of the existing WooCommerce installation and required customizations. Bank, payment processor, licence and premium plugin costs are not included in the price. Additional changes not resulting from the initial implementation are billed at the standard hourly rate.

Which banks do you work with?+
We work with all banks in Serbia that offer e-commerce services — Banca Intesa, Raiffeisen, OTP and others. They all use the NestPay/Payten platform, so the setup process is standardized.
How long does the integration take?+
The technical part takes 1–3 days, but the total timeline depends on the bank — merchant account activation can take 1–2 weeks. We handle all communication with the bank on your behalf.
Is 3D Secure mandatory?+
Yes, 3D Secure (ID Check) is required by all Serbian banks for e-commerce transactions. It is included in the integration and activates automatically.
Can I accept payments in euros?+
Serbian banks require transactions to be processed in dinars (RSD). If your site prices are in euros, we configure automatic real-time EUR→RSD conversion.
